hey dudes!

hm, sorry... have been rather busy these few days. Been working my ass off, selling toys. Ah, tell you.. it's not an easy job. Stand till my legs crack. But the good thing is.. you can try all the toys ard the shop. HAHA, well.... you have to try them in order to be able to tell customers abt those toys rite? So, I've gotten myself a yoyo FREE OF CHARGE! whee! But I cant play the yoyo for nuts. I only learn two tricks so far, and it's not very good either.

Apparently there's this remote control plane ... going for $39.90 .. You can bend the plane and it wun break. Some customers told me, the first generation can fly up till 20 storeys high!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?! It's true leh!! It's like some customers walk past, then they stop and look. Then they will say.."OH yeah, I got this at home. It's really cool... can fly really high.. can go up to even 20 storeys high.." damn cool rite?

Enough of toys.

-cough, cough, sniff, sniff-

And so I thought that F3 would write something here to entertain the rest of the world while they have the time of their lives celebrating post-exam high. Most unfortunately, they have let me- the odd F1 out, and YOU, the reader down. So I guess you'll have to make do with listening to me rant on about how I've been sniffing and coughing and feeling tired these past few days... attack of the flu bug! I hate being ill. Especially when I'm overseas and I haven't got mummy-dearest to sulk to and elicit some sympathy from. I texted F3 the other day to wail about being ill... and only ONE lim jingwen was nice enough to tell me to take care, jiayou and don't tire myself out. One OTHER girl just kept saying that I'd get better if I acknowledged that she's Rainie Yang (?!) What kind of logic is that. And then the last of F3 told me to go see doctor, OR THINK OF BELFAST??! haha. Belfast would indeed be a happifying thought... but much as he is a medical student/doc-to-be, he still can't make me feel better. But that isn't the problem. Problem is, I can't find him to stare at la! hahaha. Jokes aside, I'm glad I've got good girlfriends to text home & complain about little things like that. I'm glad there's so much loving to go around F4. =)

Ok, it's probably high time I got back to my work. EXAMS are stressing me out. There's so much to do and my brain's so small and I'm so freakin' distracted by EVERY LITTLE THING.

11 of us went to eat. Yingci went home early so only 10 of us went to drink. They are kenneth, guanqun, wj, kok, jedi, uy, shiyan, ks, me n jing. after that dicky dong came to join us.

Then UY got drunk... well.. almost.

decisions

hm, havent blog for a long long time... well.. not as long as jing!!!

anyway, I'm gonna start work next tuesday, selling toys to little kids. My mission is to encourage evil thots into kids, ie to "persuade" their parents into giving in to their WANTS aka TOYS.

First step: Get them interested in toys first. This includes showing them all the newest toys in town and make them WANT it so badly that they will even dream of it in their slep.

Second step: Make them play!

Third step: Ask them if they want the toys. Ask them if they want to bring home the toys. Ah, this is probably no problem at all. Which kid can resist the temptations of toys? After this, ask them to ask their parents to buy.

Fourth step: There's 2 possibilities. One, parents pamper the kids alot and obey the kid's command. Two, parents say No, cannot buy toys anymore! If number two happens, my job is to sit back and enjoy the show~ haha.. The battle between the kids and their parents.

Sounds easy huh? Lets wait and see how!

Anyway it's not a high paying job. I think it's jus enough for me to survive only.

Oh yeah,I jus got a reply from Canada side for my SEP. It got approved. But it's now my decision whether I wanna go for SEP anot. My parents are fine with it, so it's totally up to me.

Damn! I dono whether to go anot.

If the mapping of modules goes well, the only reason that I wouldn't wanna go is cos I'll get really homesick. I'll start to miss everyone at home... and I'll start to miss the food over here. I'll start to miss my TV program. I'll start to miss going out at night. (I don't think it's safe to go out at night esp when overseas...)

I wanna go cos it's an experience in many ways, whether it's on studies or not. It's something you probably dun get to experience it everytime. Life living abroad. Not too long, not too short. About 4.5 months. wahaha.. and most importantly, you get to play with snow!!!

K we are having a GATHERING this sat! ALRIGHT? It's held at HOLLAND V! We're gonna catch up over DINNER AND DRINKS!!! YIPPEE!

As in, I dont mine like, taking NR home or something. But I understand if u all cant. Just throw in all the suggestions k. Even if i cant go i will organise this thing so u all can meet up la.

As for timing, tentatively let's set it at 7pm at BV mrt station. Fine?

Henry makes me happy

Strangely, today turned out to be an unexpected "house-officer day" for me. EVERY SINGLE ONE of my house officers from the start of the year: old or new, surgical or medical, british or not... they all crossed my path this lovely day!

And the HIGH-est part of the day? When a familiar sounding voice called out "Jacinth?" when I was sat in a corner of the nurses' station solitarily, busy copying down a patient's medical notes. With a start, I looked up and saw THAT charming chiselled face of my FAVOURITE PRHO. Wheeeeeeeeeeeee~ I was ova-da-moon! It's been a while since I last met him, so it was absolutely amazing to realise that he still remembers me... and my name! lol.

AND! The even more unbelievable part? He introduced me to another one of his colleagues. Another dashing young man whom I've been "taking note of" for a while now.

好 high!

Okok, I think I'm beginning to sound like some 变态狂. I'll stop. Life's been unbelievably busy since the start of this term so I'm a bit stressed at the mo (and thus the excessive need for eye-candies to motivate me while I work). Other than that, nothing much to report except that THE SUN IS FINALLY OUT. =)

Post Exams

yeah! The F3 have completed their exams, including the super slow KS! And we're all waiting for Jacinth to return home! double Whee!!

Anyway, it's 2 more days to election day!! Exciting??

hmm, not really. At least not for me. cos...
(1) I cant vote
(2) Even if I can vote, there's nothing to vote for since it's a walkover.
(3) I'm not really into politics, unlike our wulinmengzhu.
(4) .......

So, it's nothing exciting for me.

Instead of election day for most ppl, 6th May is my band day!!!

YES... HCJC BAND day.

I wasn't even into band last time, at least not in HC band. haha... 78 guys and gals shld know me well. After school, all of us with CCA would jus sit there and stone and NOT wanting to be the first few to reach the CCA room. EVen when we have nothing to do before that. Then we'll jus talk rubbish and wait till it's almost 3:30pm then walk slowly to the CCA room, shaking our butt along the way. For those who dono, CCA starts at 3pm.

And yes, I used to dread CCA. Which makes me wonder why I even promise to go back to play in the first place. The band can survive well w/o me. OR maybe BETTER without me! hahah

ah shucks. Since I'm going back, might as well be A LITTLE more enthu rite? ok fine. Today I shall go master all my beansprouts notes and sharp flat until it's erm... slightly .... nicer and pleasing to the ear. This might mean, playing the first and last notes of those beansprouts wakaka.

Actually... you know wat? I suspect my band conductor dun even know me..
But then again, I think he does. HAHA... cos when I enter the band room... he gave a really shock face. haha.. some of my juniors and batch mates got a shock too. gosh.

even the slacker comes back.
